Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of Bridge Business Capital (“Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Bridge Business Capital is an open financing marketplace and referral platform. We are not a lender, bank, broker-dealer, or funder. We connect business owners with a preferred network of independent third-party lenders and funders. All financing products are offered, underwritten, funded, and serviced solely by those third parties under their own agreements and terms.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, commitment, or guarantee of financing. Submitting an application does not obligate any party to extend financing, and it does not obligate you to accept any offer.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent, and able to enter into a binding agreement. General baseline criteria to apply — such as at least one year in business, a credit score of 500 or higher, and at least $15,000 in gross monthly revenue — are guidelines only and do not guarantee approval, which rests entirely with the funding partner.

4. Applications and Information

You agree that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to share it. You authorize Bridge to transmit your application and supporting documents — which may include business bank statements — to lenders and funders in our network for evaluation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Financing decisions should be made in consultation with your own qualified advisors. Estimated timelines, amounts, and product descriptions are illustrative and not guarantees.

6. Timelines and Funding

References to “same-day approvals” and funding within “24–48 business hours” describe typical experiences and are not guaranteed. Actual approval and funding times depend on the funding partner, the completeness and accuracy of your submission, verification processes, and your financial institution.

7. Third-Party Products and Links

Any financing you obtain is governed by the agreement between you and the applicable lender or funder. Bridge is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the products, terms, fees, acts, or omissions of any third party. Our site may contain links to third-party sites that we do not control or endorse.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, including its content, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Bridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site’s operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services or from any financing you obtain through our network.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
